Bryan Symes
Managing Director
Diploma in Building Management
Bryan has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, with deep expertise across contract management, design management, project management and administration in all forms of commercial construction. His leadership and ability to motivate teams have been central to the outcomes Capri has delivered for clients.
Nataszha Fitzgerald-Symes
Office / Accounts Manager
Diploma in Health Science (Registered Nurse)
Nataszha has been part of Capri since she and Bryan founded the company in 2004. She has built most of the systems and processes that keep the administrative side of the business running smoothly today — from day-to-day office operations to accounts, ensuring the whole team is supported and paid accurately and on time.
Aaron
Contracts Manager
Diploma in Construction Management
Aaron has more than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, with a background rooted in site-based management across all types of commercial construction. His practical, hands-on technical knowledge combined with strong leadership has underpinned a consistently high standard of project delivery throughout his career.
Wayne
Commercial Manager
For more than 35 years Wayne has been crunching numbers in the industry, his extensive knowledge of quantity surveying, estimating, cost planning, value engineering and overall company financial management has shone through since he joined Capri, there’s really nothing Wayne hasn’t built in his career and over that time has gained the respect and built strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Robert has vast experience as a construction manager joining the Capri team back in 2015 after leaving his home country in The Netherlands where he managed his own business leading a team of around 50. He has great leadership abilities and employs excellent communication skills. Robert is a team player who applies his technical skills and a hands-on approach across every project he is involved in.
Michael
Construction Manager
Bachelor of Construction in Construction Management
National Certificate in Carpentry
Licensed Building Practitioner
Michael commenced his career in the industry as a carpenter. Once qualified, Michael moved into management completing a Bachelor in construction. In 2014 Michael joined Capri to start a cadetship in Construction Management. With this complete, Michael now posseses a good range of technical and practical skills along with a great professional ability to communicate on all levels. Michael is now a key member of the Capri staff project managing his own projects.
Nick
Construction Manager
Nick has worked in the construction sector for 20 years. In 2007, he worked and studied as a Quantity surveyor and achieving NDQS qualification in 2009. In recent times Nick has gained knowledge in residential high-volume construction, as well as experience with commercial façade systems and reclad projects with his time at PBS. Nick has strong technical knowledge, and his strength is problem solving and the ability to align a team to move forward and progress.
Lochlainn
Construction Manager
Lochlainn brings a strong understanding of construction management and a practical, hands on approach to his role. Having completed his cadetship with Capri he has developed valuable experience across our projects. He works closely with our site teams, contractors and clients to ensure projects are well managed, organised and delivered to a high standard.
Frans
Site Manager
With a strong eye for detail and a hands on approach, Frans plays a key role in ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish. He oversees day today site operations, coordinate trades and contractors, and ensure work is completed to a high standard, on schedule and in line with project requirements. With a focus on quality, communication and organisation, Frans helps keep our sites safe, efficient and on track.
Steph
Office Administrator
Steph supports the Capri team with the day to day administrative needs, providing support across the office and wider team. Steph assists with accounts, communication, documentation and general office tasks. Ensuring the wider Capri team has the support they need behind the scenes.
